Wedding Bells for Roosters

Local netballer Kylie Lowe and Two Wells footballer, Mark Hamlyn, married on Saturday March 20 at Lake Breeze Wines in Langhorne Creek (pictured bottom right).

The couple’s grandparents, Anne Schultz and Avis Lowe, were thrilled to be their witnesses on the day, with the ceremony held on the lawn near the cellar door, overlooking the vines.

Later a reception was held in the barrel room at the same venue. Kylie’s maid of honour was her good friend Dayna Dolling, with bridesmaids Tash Stopp, Courtney Burgess, Lou King and Bianca Cutler. Mark’s best man was Ben Rickaby with groomsmen Thomas Julyan, Brian Hamlyn, Ryan Clark and Jake Taylor.

Kylie says a highlight of the day was the amazing warm and sunny weather, and surprising their grandmothers during the ceremony by asking them to be witnesses. Lots of delicious food, dancing in front of the live band, and a gorgeous big red sunset, capped off an awesome day for the couple. Kylie is the daughter of Simon and Michelle Lowe of Parafield Gardens and Mark is the son of David and Anita Hamlyn of Kingston.

The happy couple have recently built a home in Two Wells. Congratulations guys.
