A man and woman were reported after police located cannabis at a Two Wells property recently.
Acting on information from the public, Barossa Police attended a Two Wells address about 12.30pm on Saturday, May 16.
The home was searched with the assistance of the Dog Operations Unit and officers, where approximately 8kg of cannabis was located.
A 51-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man, both from Two Wells, were reported for possessing a commercial quantity of cannabis for sale and possessing prescribed equipment.
They will both be summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Dryer fire destroys home
A house fire at Two Wells in the early hours of Tuesday morning, May 26, was believed to have been caused by a clothes dryer running in the laundry.
Around 20 CFS volunteers on five trucks attended, and arrived to find the house fully alight.
The house was destroyed causing between $150,000-$200,000 damage.
Due to working smoke alarms alerting household members to the fire, all occupants were able to safely evacuate.
