Year six and seven students from Two Wells Primary School recently participated in SAPSASA swimming, football and netball.

The annual primary school sports carnivals were held last month at a range of venues across Adelaide, including the state of the art South Australian Aquatic and Leisure Centre at Marion, Netball SA Stadium and football fields at West Beach.

Students from the school participated as part of the Gawler and Districts SAPSASA team, with great enthusiasm and sportspersonship shown by all involved.

Taking part in the football competition was Luke Barnett, who was nominated vice captain by his peers, Jayden Brewin, Bradley Poynter and Michael McFarlane.

Michael also competed in swimming events and was a member of the 13-year-old boys freestyle 4×50 metre relay team, who won the gold medal.

Competing in the netball were Cailtlin Musolino and Amber Phillips.

Sharni Carter participated in swimming events including backstroke, butterfly and freestyle relay.
